Dr Araceli Mandi
How She Began
Dr. Araceli Mandi graduated in 1991 from the University of the East, College of Dentistry in Manila, Philippines. She placed 4th in the National Board Examination in the same year. Thereafter, she completed her Oral Surgery Externship Program at the University of the Philippines.
Her Practice
Dr. Cel, as she is fondly called, earned her California State License in 1997 in Los Angeles, California. She began her profession in LA as an Associate Dentist. In 2001, she started her own private practice in Toluca Lake where she treated patients for 14 years. In 2015, she moved her practice to her current location in Burbank, CA. This location boasts of modern equipment & office to complement the friendly and professional staff that she leads. Her commitment to her profession has drawn patients from all over California. While many of them have been under her care from the prior location, Dr. Cel looks forward to accepting new patients and helping them out in their dental needs.
Dr. Cel has worked with various dental specialists with focus on oral rehabilitation services and implant restoration. Aside from routine dental examination and procedures, she offers other services including veneers, crowns, implant restoration, bonding, Invisalign and clear aligners, among others.

Dr. Craig Nakamatsu
Dr. Craig Nakamatsu was born and raised in Honolulu, HI. After graduating from high school he left the islands to study at The University of Washington where he received a B.A. in Psychology. He then attended the USC School of Dentistry on a military scholarship from the United States Army. It was during this time that he first discovered his interest in the complexities of the root canal and its tissues.
After finishing dental school Dr. Nakamatsu spent 3 years on active duty in the military spending time in Korea, Iraq and Maryland. When he finished his military obligations he returned to USC to specialize in Endodontics under the guidance of the esteemed Dr. James Simon.
Dr. Nakamatsu truly enjoys caring for his patients and always strives to surpass their expectations. His favorite quote is “People won’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.”
